Fall and Spring Visit

Add-On: Vendor Coordination

Think of Vendor Coordination as your personal concierge for your home.

We become your one-stop-shop. Any issue you have with your home or automobiles is handled by us. Instead of you calling multiple vendors with multiple bills to pay and schedule, we call them, schedule them, manage their work, and pay them. At the end of each month, you are presented with a statement with all the bills attached.

HOW IT WORKS

 
  • This one to two hour appointment is our introduction to you and you to us. We’ll discuss your needs and select or customize a plan that works for you. This is an opportunity to tell us the history of your home, as well as the different companies you’ve used and would like to continue to use (i.e plumber, heating & air, lawn care, etc.). Or you can use one of our Preferred Vendors.

  • Once you’ve registered and your plan is selected, we will schedule an evaluation of your home. The evaluation will take 2-4 hours, as we inspect both interior and exterior. We take extensive notes about the mechanical, structural, and cosmetic aspects of your home.

  • At this one to two hour meeting, we present our findings from the home evaluation to include pictures of problematic areas. We formulate a plan with you to remedy any issues, and do some strategic planning for issues that will need to be remedied in the next year, 3-5 years, and 7-10 years.

  • Any issues that presented themselves in the home evaluation and need immediate attention will be given a proposal and then repairs will be arranged and completed.

  • We schedule and conduct our checklist and bring any issues to your attention. The checklist items will be completed in one day.

  • We’ll call each month or quarter depending on your preference to setup a time to schedule your handyman service hours. We’ll also provide you with a form to fill out with a prioritized list of your needs for the month or quarter. A week before our appointment, the form will be due to ensure we have the proper tools for your repairs. You’ll be responsible for providing any special materials you’d like to be used.

  • Anytime you have an issue with your home, give us a call! We’re here to help you find the solution you need. We pride ourselves at being very responsive.

  • Each year we start the process over again. We’ll discuss any ideas to better assist you and adjust your plan if needed.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 
  • We bill every quarter for the upcoming quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1), or you can pay the entire year in advance if you choose. Any services provided beyond the scope of the annual plan, will be billed upon completion of service.

  • We will contact you a minimum of 2 weeks before service is to be provided. This will give you adequate time to formulate a list of what handyman jobs you would like performed, as well as give you time to purchase any specific materials you want used.

  • Cancel anytime. Our hope is that our service is valuable to you and you won’t know how you ever survived without us!

  • The short answer is ‘no,’ however we can work with you to think of a plan to find other preventative tasks around your home to ensure all of the hours are used. We could even run a couple errands for you if that would help make your life easier.

  • Our team members led by our Home Services Manager will be performing the work on your property. Our team is insured, properly licensed, understand safety precautions, and have passed a thorough background check.
