ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Engels Property Management is a family-owned company of Nick & Maria Engels and Tim & Sherri Engels, based out of El Dorado, Kansas. Our business encompasses all aspects of property management – managing and repairing investment properties, providing maintenance for residential & commercial properties, remodels, and small construction projects.
Tim started this company officially in 2011 when thinking about what he wanted to do once he retired as a woodworking/carpentry teacher from Circle High School. He owned a few rental properties in Butler county and completed small remodels for friends and family. He realized there was a need for a property management company in El Dorado. Tim showed the homes for rent and executed the leases, Maria joined on the bookkeeping side, and Sherri took care of the administrative items. Nick joined the company in 2017 after 11 years in education.
We have an in-house maintenance team that assists in keeping our owners’ investment in top-quality condition. We’ve assembled a skilled team that offers expertise in all areas of home maintenance.
